We had our first game of soccer season last night! Hana's team only has 12 girls (you need 11 girls out on the field during games) so that means her team only has one sub. Well last night they only had 9 girls, three of her teammates were in a concert so they couldn't make the game. Thankfully the other team was nice enough to also play with 9 players....the bad thing was the girls didn't have any subs to relieve them when they got too tired. I couldn't believe how well they did! They ended up winning! The score was 4 to 3.

It was nice to be outdoors enjoying a great game of soccer...but next time I think I will dress a bit warmer. I thought I was prepared for the wind and for it to be colder than it was at home in our yard, but I didn't factor in the time of day and the sun starting to go down! =(
It's another beautiful day here......think I will try to get out and enjoy it!

Looks and sounds like tons of fun. We just might put our boys in soccer next year (our soccer season is much earlier here as the weather gets too warm in the summer).
