Once our eyes are opened we cannot pretend we do not know what to do. God, who weighs our hearts and keeps our souls knows we know, and holds us responsible to act. Proverbs 24:12

Ludington Trip--Part 1

We decided to take a trip to Ludington this weekend so that we could introduce Hana to her Grandma and Grandpa Pastoor--Todd's parents. Usually we have a Christmas party with Todd's side of the family but because Todd's sister Michelle, and his Mom, were both going through cancer treatment and not feeling so well, we decided to postpone any parties till a later date. We had also just come back from picking Hana up from Kansas so we decided it was best to stay home so that Hana could get acquainted with us and her new surroundings. Since then, we haven't been able to find a weekend that worked to go up there until this weekend.

Instead of sitting around Grandma and Grandpa's condo,
Gma and Gpa decided to open up the clubhouse so the kids
would have more room to run around...and so they could play
ping pong!

Everyone wanted to try their hand.....literally.....at playing ping pong.
There were only 4 paddles, so some of the kids used their
hands or various other things like paper plates, as paddles.

The kids, for the most part, liked playing "no boundries"
ping pong....using the walls, floors, ceiling and
anything else available to play the ball off of.....which
was a bit hard on the adults.....and VERY funny for the
spectators to watch I might add!

I think Grandpa wins first prize for the adult
withstanding the longest game of freestyle ping pong...
I'll bet he slept like a baby last night! =)

Chloe with her "game face" on.

Todd and Chloe taking a break from all that ping pong.

Grandpa brought his golf putting machine to the
clubhouse too. So with at least 5 or 6 ping pong balls
all flying around randomly and golf balls being shot out
of the putting machine and zooming across the floor,
you really had to be on the lookout for incoming missiles.....
high AND low!!! Needless to say, it got a little crazy
in there at certain times!
