Great news!! Our social worker sent our homestudy this morning! Woot! I am almost finished proofreading it and then I will send it back to her to finalize. She has already talked to AAI and will send them our homestudy tomorrow. We should be getting the education and dossier info from AAI tomorrow or Friday. We have most of what we need for the dossier so putting together what's needed for AAI shouldn't take too long, hopefully. We are so close to being on the waiting list....

On another note, we got a waiting child CD in the mail from AAI yesterday. The interviews are pretty basic, What's your name-age-grade, what's your fav subject in schoool and what do you like to do in your free time. Most of the children were part of sibling groups some were singles and there were a few HIV positive kids. There were quite a few that I would have liked to know more about, but right now we are just concentrating on this adoption process. We have decided to not disrupt our children's birth order so we are requesting a child under 3.

That's it for now, I have a to-do list that is about a mile long!!
